Secure Payment Links for Custom Orders
We will provide secure payment links for tailor-made products and products that are not currently available for direct purchase through our website.
Once we receive your email address and contact number, our team can send you the appropriate payment link so that you can complete your payment online without needing to visit our location.
Goods will be dispatched once the applicable payment has been successfully received in our account, subject to the agreed order and payment terms.
Cash on Delivery
For customers who have an established business history with us, we may offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
COD availability is subject to customer history, order requirements and our approval.
Sample Orders
For sample orders of 1–3 pieces, we require:
- 75% of the product price in advance.
- 100% of the shipping charges in advance.
- The remaining 25% is payable once the goods are ready for dispatch.
This allows first-time customers to experience the quality of our products before placing a larger order.
Large Orders
For eligible large or wholesale orders, there is generally no need to pay 100% in advance.
