We offer premium-quality hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, and related hair products. Product images, colours, textures, lengths, and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes.

Natural human hair may vary slightly in colour, texture, wave pattern, density, and appearance. Differences may occur because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural hair variation. Such reasonable variations do not automatically indicate a defect.

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to update, limit, modify, or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Order Acceptance and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order placed through the Site represents an offer by you to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, incorrect product information, payment authorization failure, incomplete delivery details, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout or communicated directly for wholesale and custom orders. You are responsible for providing valid payment and billing information.

4. Pricing and Taxes

Prices shown on the Site are generally ex-factory prices. For orders shipped abroad, prices may be quoted on an FOB basis, unless another written quotation or agreement is provided by The Universal Hair.

Shipping charges, freight charges, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance charges, bank charges, and destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

Product pricing, shipping charges, quotations, and availability may change without prior notice. The final payable amount will be confirmed at checkout, on an invoice, through a quotation, or by direct communication.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch confirmed orders promptly. Shipping time depends on product availability, order quantity, customization requirements, destination, courier service, customs procedures, and the selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather, public holidays, government restrictions, incomplete customer information, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address, phone number, postal code, and any documents required for customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays, returns, losses, or additional charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete delivery information.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our detailed return policy is available on the Returns page. Customers must notify us of an eligible issue within 30 days of receiving the product. We may request order details, photographs, videos, original packaging information, or other evidence to assess the request.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, washed, cut, coloured, chemically treated, or otherwise used may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed after inspection. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing, shipping fees, return shipping charges, payment-processing charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

7. Product Care and Use

Our products are intended for external use only. Customers should follow product care, washing, styling, installation, storage, and handling instructions to support the product’s quality and lifespan.

The Universal Hair is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable hair products, excessive heat, colouring, bleaching, chemical treatment, incorrect washing, poor storage, or other improper handling after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, product descriptions, photographs, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, videos, layouts, and product designs, is owned by The Universal Hair or used with appropriate permission.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, publication, distribution, resale, or commercial use of any Site content is prohibited without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
