The weight displayed at checkout is the approximate net weight of the selected product(s) only. It does not include packaging or shipping materials such as envelopes, cartons, protective packing, labels, invoices, or export documents.
Therefore, the actual gross shipping weight may be higher, especially for international and export shipments. Where applicable, final courier charges may be calculated according to the packed shipment's actual weight or volumetric weight.
Understanding Product and Shipping Weight
The checkout weight helps customers understand the approximate hair-product quantity included in their order. For example, the weight of hair bundles, closures, frontals, wigs, clip-in sets, ponytails, or other selected human hair products may be shown in grams or kilograms.
Before dispatch, products must be packed securely to protect the hair during domestic and international transportation. The completed parcel can include protective packing materials, courier packaging, outer cartons, shipment labels, invoices, export documents, and other materials required for safe dispatch or customs clearance.

| Gross Shipping Weight | The total weight of the fully packed parcel, including products, protective packaging, courier envelopes or cartons, labels, invoices, and applicable export documentation. |
| Volumetric Weight | A courier-calculated weight based on the parcel's dimensions. For some shipments, courier companies charge based on whichever is higher: actual gross weight or volumetric weight. |
